Editorial Board appointments are for three years and may be renewable. Your name and affiliation will be listed on the journal's website.

The primary duties of Editorial Board members are as follows:

• Collaborating with editors to create the journal's vision, policies, and procedures;
• Pre-screening submissions and deciding whether a manuscript can be accepted or rejected for processing, and recommending reviewers if necessary;
• Acting as the guest editor of a special issue in your particular field of expertise, or recommending potential topics and guest editors.
• Promoting IJERE and raising its visibility at related academic conferences;
• Assisting in the solicitation of high-quality papers for IJERE
• Providing advice on journal development.

 The board member selection criteria are as follows:

• A doctoral degree and relevant expertise;
• With a strong interest in the scholarly journal;
• Having an appointment at a university, an academic or research institution;
• Previous publication and review experience for peer-reviewed publications.
